ATSCO is a third generation 54 year old family owned distribution business. We specialize in the distribution of janitorial equipment and supplies, products for the disaster restoration industry, and products for professional carpet and upholstery cleaning. We provide training seminars leading to nationally recognized certifications. We mentor many start-up businesses.

In servicing building service contractors we provide information on business organization, marketing and high productivity cleaning systems with the aim of increasing profitability. Every product is evaluated for its ability to increase contractor profit. In servicing institutional, government and educational customers we provide hands-on demonstrations and training with the goal of reducing costs.

As pioneers in the field of disaster restoration training in the Northeast, we have created an in-house classroom facility. Our seminars include training in water damage restoration, fire damage restoration, carpet and upholstery cleaning, odor control and mold remediation.

We maintain a complete repair facility, servicing virtually all lines of equipment , providing important back-up to our equipment purchasers. Our extensive fleet of rental equipment includes autoscrubbers, floor machines, carpet cleaning equipment, concrete floor preparation for our janitorial customers. Our disaster restoration fleet includes air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, baking soda blasters, and deodorizing equipment.

Our business is dedicated to the promotion of environmentally sustainable products and systems. In guiding our customers we emphasize the protection of their health, the health of their clients and the protection of the natural world around us. We recognize our responsibility to maintain state of the art knowledge of health and environmental issues and to share them with our customers.

Many of our customers have become our long time friends. We strive to maintain a welcoming atmosphere and a happy environment both for our customers and our employee family.

We are heavily involved in our community. Our employee family has actively participated in the administration or executive boards of the Lions Club, Homeless and Traveler’s Aid Society, DePaul Residence, Hudson and Mohawk Girl Scout Council, Project Lift and Albany Friends for PlayPumps.
